WHITESNAKE: More U.S. Tour Dates Announced

WHITESNAKE have added more shows to their upcoming U.S. itinerary. Confirmed dates so far are as follows:
Jun. 18 - San Juan P.R. @ Clemente Coliseum Jun. 22 - Seattle, WA @ Paramount Jun. 23 - Portland, OR @ Roseland Theatre Jun. 25 – Los Angeles, CA @ House of Blues Jun. 26 – Los Angeles, CA @ House of Blues Jun. 29 - Alpine, CA @ ... in the Park Jun. 30 - Tempe, AZ @ Marquee Theatre Jul. 01 - Las Vegas, NV @ House of Blues Jul. 03 - Denver, CO @ Universal Pavilion Jul. 07 - Green Bay, WI @ Oneida Casino Jul. 08 - Milwaukee, WI @ Summerfest Jul. 09 - Muskegon, MI @ Heritage Landing Jul. 13 - Lansing, MI @ Adado Riverfront Jul. 14 - Toledo, OH @ WIOT Radio Riot Jul. 16 - Walker, MN @ Moondance Jam
WHITESNAKE mainman David Coverdale recently announced that he and bass player/singer Marco Mendoza have mutually agreed to go their separate ways. "Marco has other musical avenues he wishes to pursue that conflict with WHITESNAKE activities," reads an official statement. "They wish each other well in their independent endeavors. WHITESNAKE are currently seeking a replacement for their forthcoming U.S. tour."
Mendoza is currently touring the U.S. with SOUL SIRKUS, which also features Neal Schon (JOURNEY) on guitar, Jeff Scott Soto (TALISMAN, YNGWIE MALMSTEEN) on vocals, and Virgil Donati (STEVE VAI, RING OF FIRE) on drums.

simply one of the best to ever pick up sticks. If you doubt me, watch the Steve Vai: Live At Astoria London DVD's drum solo spot he did. Words cannot define how intense it is. Simply badass, this guy is amazing.

what Basskiller said. Donati is a badass. If you get a chance to see Soul SirKus while they're here in the U.S. I hear it's highly recommended. Nowhere near me, but Ive heard and read reviews of the live show and they do not disappoint.
