MUSHROOMHEAD To Release First-Ever DVD In July

MUSHROOMHEAD have set a July 26 release date for their first-ever DVD, entitled "Mushroomhead: Volume 1". This is old news, but this will rule. I'd say I'll be a first day buyer, but I for some reason doubt too many stores around here will have that DVD readily available for purchase. I'll get it eventually, though, so that is awesome. This is one of my favorite bands, this will be sweet.

Is it me, or is Mushroomhead over-rated? I bought XIII, and I must say I was not impressed. Just not my style, I guess.

the rest I can do without. The last release was weak. They seemed to ditch their signature sound on that one. Their keyboards were unique and was the strong point of the band back in the day. But it seems they pushed him to the background now.

Not a big Mushroomahead fan. They have a tune or two that are alright but nothing too special. They have some talent but to say they are better than 90% of bands out there is going a bit far.

these guy just played a show at a towny bar in kent, ohio last week.........talk about a fall from grace.......pretty soon they'll be playing at rib burn-offs, opening for foghat.......

No Mushroomhead are not overrated at all, they hardly get any credit for what they do and that's why they have no label now, most people hate them. The XIII album was the least fav. album for most people. But the main reason the keyboards didn't stick out on XIII was because they didn't produce it themselves and the album was rushed. Since Mushroomhead have no label now, thus having more time to work on the new album, they will do more stuff on the new album and will hopefully have the keyboards stick out more.
You shouldn't judge Mushroomhead just by listening to the XIII album, if you want to listen to the real Mushroomhead listen to Superbuick and M3 or just get XX.

DUDE I LOVE MUSHROOMHEAD SOO MUCH!!!!!!!!! slipknot soo got started off these dudes.... and dont get me wrong, i love slipknot its just that im releived that no one plays a bear keg.. that has to be embarrasing, your walking down the street and you tell someone that you are in a kick ass band, and when they ask you what you play, you say.. "well i play a bear keg" .......
