HELMET guitarist
Chris Traynor is currently auctioning a whole bunch of his pedals, guitars, rack equipment, and more via
eBay, accoring to a posting on the group's web site. There's too many items to link to each of them, but you can view the seller's auction list
here. Most of the items there belonged to Chris, and many were used on
HELMET's
"Aftertaste" tour.
HELMET are continuing to tour in support of their new album,
"Size Matters", which was released last October through
Interscope Records. The CD was recorded by
Ryan Boesch,
Chris Holmes, and former
NINE INCH NAILS keyboardist
Charlie Clouser at
Cello studios (formerly
Western Recorders) in Hollywood as well as
Charlie's personal studio, and was produced by mainman
Page Hamilton,
Clouser and
Jay Baumgardner. Joining
Hamilton in the reactivated seminal hard rock act are
Traynor and former
WHITE ZOMBIE/
TESTAMENT drummer
John Tempesta (bassist
Frank Bello recently left the group to join the reunited "classic" lineup of
ANTHRAX).
