WICKED WISDOM Confirmed For OZZFEST's Second Stage

According to Ozzfest.com, WICKED WISDOM — the five-piece band featuring actress Jada Pinkett Smith (wife of Will Smith) — has been confirmed as the final "mystery act" on the second stage of this year's Ozzfest. The band, which includes "Pocket" on guitar, "Rio" on bass, Cameron Graves on keys, Satnam Ramgotra on drums, and Jada performing the lead vocals, reportedly has a rock edge with a slight metal influence. Background singers Devin Vasquez and La Shanda Dendy are said to be "a perfect complement" to Jada's strong persona. The stupidity of the booking agents for this tour is STAGGERING. Sure, promote a metal tour, but then get Velvet Revolver, a bunch of emo/shitcore bands, and Jada Smith to play as well. I don't see how Iron Maiden agreed to this circus, nor the other members of Black Sabbath. Because I'm sure as hell they don't need the exposure. -_-

these guys will be as big of an ozzfest hit as The Used, or Andrew WK, or maybe even Crazy Town back in '01.
Yep, all these guys were huge hits amongst the vast array of horney teenagers who think they are metal purists, and aged rockers going to see the Ozzman. yep, and none of them EVER got boo'ed off stage......
CMON! a band at ozzfest that doesnt play remotely metal music, has a shit actress on lead vocalist, and well.....this goes with the previous statement, BUT THE SINGERS A CHICK! (no offense to Arch Enemy....at least musically they still know how to throw a crowd's head down)
The crowd is gonna be filled with:
A. "Hardcore" kids there to see Bury Your Dead and It Dies Today (ahh what the hell, Killswitch too, seeing as how they aren't metal)
B. The same old guys that went for Ozzy's band now coming back to see him in Sabbath like last year.
C. And of course your general array/disarray of metal fans there for guys like Maiden, In Flames, Shadows Fall, BLS, etc. etc. etc. ETC.
none of those groups fit with Wicked Wisdom....period. I have decided to call off going to Ozzfest officially. The only thing drawing me, and many others, to this show was Maiden. Straight up. I have the utmost respect for Maiden and they put on a helluva show. But for the love of god, people......MAIDEN WILL COME BACK TO THE STATES AGAIN! jesus, for the love of christ don't waste money on this show if you EVER had respect for heavy metal. GO TO GIGANTOUR! POWER METAL, BABY, POWER METAL! Ozzy has let that feminine bitch wife of his take over this tour. She doesn't know Heavy Metal, she knows "Heavy Music Trends". All the bands there (minus Maiden, In Flames, and a few others) are nothing but today's ticket sale to the average teenager. Please.....i say again, if you have ever had respect for true HEAVY METAL.......DO....NOT....GO....TO...OZZFEST!

...to end a pretty good line-up. Nice mix of euro-death, even if most of the bands are a little past their prime. Maybe they'll do a rap-rock version of "Parents Just Don't Understand."
My picks for Ozzfest
MAINSTAGE: Sabbath (by definition, I guess)
Slayer (only good thrash left)
Opeth (best prog-death band ever fuckers)
Tool (Ozzfest always needs a popular band ala Slipknot, so why not get a really good, really popular band...plus, they could demo their new material as I cream myself)
Lamb of God (best new American Death metal band opens the mainstage)
SECOND STAGE: In Flames (love 'em, even after two lousy albums)
Dimmu Borgir (Death Cult ruled, bring them around again)
Corrosion of Conformity (nice, sludgy rock, plus they have a kick-ass new album)
Mastodon (they are awesome live, just saw them)
The Project Hate (man, they would fuck with people's minds)
Lacuna Coil (good Goth--a rarity)
Dark Tranquillity (#1 Gothenburg sound right now)
Decapitated (for the brutal death lovers)
Yakuza (really quirky, interesting stuff)
and finally...
Dalek (yeah, you've never heard of them right? super-harsh, extremely dark industrial/rap/ambient stuff...trust me, it works and is absolutely some of the creepiest yet smartest stuff you ever want to hear)

One of two things:

Jada has been bugging the Osbournes for years that she wants her band to be in Ozzfest and they never let her... but like it's the 10th year anniversary now, then Sharon wants to prove to Jada that she WILL get booed off the stage!!!
