NICKELBACK/CINDERELLA Management Partner Shot In California Rampage

Tim Heyne, who works at Union Entertainment Group, which manages rock bands such as NICKELBACK, CINDERELLA, OLEANDER and DEFAULT, was shot in the chest by a 38-year-old man with a violent past, who went on a 16-hour rampage in Ventura County (California), killing three people — including a mother who was pistol-whipped in front of her children — and injuring five others before taking his own life Tuesday morning (May 31) inside a Wal-Mart store, according to the Los Angeles Times. I hate when these fuckers kill a bunch of people then kill themselves afterwards..just shows what a big fucking pussy they are. They can do the crime but can't stand up to face the music afterwards.
This country seriously needs to torture these fuckers if they get them alive. Make them suffer 10 times what they inflicted on their victims and let the survivors or their familys do the torturing. Just putting them in prison for the rest of their life while wasting 100's of thousands of dollars on 1 worthless piece of shit has got to end. A bullet or a few volts of electricity is a hell of a lot cheaper!

My prayers go out to Tim.
As someone who's been in the Racer X family with Scott Travis, Paul Gilbert, Jeff Martin and John (Juan) Alderete since 2001, this comes as a shock and a sobering day.
Dimebag was also a client of mine and December 8 still rings out violently in my head. This stupid nonsense hits home more and more as time goes by.
My thoughts and prayers go out to Tim and his family and the family of his friend and those close to the person who acted this violence out...he was obviously not helped when he needed it.
