'Meet The Sniders': TWISTED SISTER Frontman's Home Life Captured In VH1 Special

VH1's "Meet the Family: The Sniders" special, which follows notorious TWISTED SISTER frontman Dee Snider as he prepares to embark on a reunion tour, will premiere on Saturday, June 25 at 9:00 p.m.
"Meet The Family: The Sniders" offers a glimpse of suburban home life with a twist: it's told through the eyes of the family of hard rocker Dee Snider. Dee is going back on the road with his band, TWISTED SISTER, and this time his wife and four children are coming along for the ride.
It turns out that their family (like most) is a little normal, a little screwy and genuinely fun. It's time to look at the warm, fuzzy side of being famous. Why does family grooming day include pink hair-dye for the dog, and eyelash tinting for dad? What is it like when your six-year-old daughter wants to follow in your footsteps — by riding her own motorcycle? How hard it is to get the family out of the house when they're coming on the road with you and your band? Ultimately every home has its own set of issues, no matter how many platinum records there are on the wall.

Dee is a good DJ but Twister Sister is frickin terrible. I will not be watching this.

DO WE REALLY NEED THIS REALITY TV SHOW BULLSHIT.
FIRST IT WAS THE OSBOURNE'S , THEN IT WAS MEET THE BARKERS I MEAN C'MON DO WE REALLY NEED THIS.

Like the Osbourne's,but alot lamer.I'm sick of these kind's of shows.I loved Ozzy and Dee more when they had at least some mystery to them.Is this trend gonna die soon?

ugh, why does Dee SNider try to cling to popularity?!?! he hasnt done ANYTHING GOOD for 20 years, and those Twisted Sister hits were just a fluke!
the DJing, the horror movies, now television... the guy needs to get a fuckin life.

dee's cool. he's still metal. more metal than osbourne is now. more metal than some crybabies whining about reality shows (see messages above). reality shows can be shit, but i'll watch one that has a real metalhead in it. and if it sucks, it sucks. so what. it's not like vh1 has any music on anymore.

ozzy's still metal, just his wife likes to hide it. Dee is an interesting guy, just from what i've seen from his goofy movie. This reality tv thing most likely will be entertaining, but horrible at the same time. How good can it be if it's him and his family going out on tour?

This is an original idea. Nobody has ever done a tv show of their daily life with their family. This new idea might catch on.
I know Dee Snider originally came up with this idea and talked about doing this back in 1996, I remember reading it in Metal Edge.
But, Then Sharon Osbourne stole his idea and had a huge hit.
But, C'Mon!!
This shit has been so played out. People are sick and tired of these stupid shows. Everyone who has just a little bit of fame thinks they are a celebrity worthy of having their own tv show.
GOD DAMN IT, I HATE REALITY SHOWS!!!!!
I hate calling them "Reality Shows", Because They're NOT "REALITY"!!!!!
