TRIPP EISEN's Parents Are Saddened By Fact That Son Is Spending 40th Birthday In Jail

According to a posting on the Rock N Roll Experience web site, the parents of former STATIC-X guitarist Tripp Eisen attended the SCUM OF THE EARTH/ SOCIETY ONE concert at the House of Rock in White Marsh, Maryland on June 29 ( Tripp's brother, Berzerk Kirk, is the drummer for SOCIETY ONE). Stated Rock N Roll Experience webmaster Bob Suehs, " Tripp's Mom was telling me that she spoke to him and he's doing well and that it was sad he had to spend his [40th] birthday, which was today (June 29) in prison." Check out a picture of Eisen's parents at the show at this location. As previously reported, Eisen — born Tod Rex Salvador — was arraigned last Friday (June 24) and is currently being held without bail at the Intake Release Center for Men in Santa Ana, California. He was arrested in Orange County on February 10 on charges of committing a "lewd act on a child," and released after posting $100,000 bail. Two weeks later, he was arrested again after a New Jersey woman called authorities claiming that her fourteen-year-old daughter had sex with Eisen, who was posing as his own impersonator. For that incident, he is facing charges of kidnapping, endangering the welfare of a child, aggravated sexual assault and use of a motor vehicle for criminal purposes. His next court date is September 19.

While this is true, it is also true that you are supposed to be (but lets face it everyone lies) 18 when you access an online dating service.. If I'm wrong I'll be the first to admit it.. However I believe that while yes he was wrong, so was she. So why not just punish both? Or better yet, dont punish either. Its just sex. It wasn't an online dating service, it was a community similar to Myspace with an age limit of 13, or so I've read. In any case, the fact he lied about his age and his identity doesn't really bode well. Sure there are young underage girls who think that they're ready to go into sexual relationships, but if they do, it shouldn't be with men old enough to be their father - Tripp is an adult, and should know better.

Heh, I think you underestimate the gullibility of the average 14 year old girl - when Tripp was first arrested, loads of the teenage girlies who fancy him were claiming that the police were lying about his age, and that he was 27, not 39. Admittedly their delusions were fuelled by the mods on the board, who had a habit of deleting and banning anyone who divulged his real age and cock rock past...
I understand what you're saying though - some girls get frisky at a young age, some do look a damn sight older when tarted up, and some lie about their age - go to any nightclub at a weekend. So in that respect, I do feel sorry for guys in those situations.
I guess what we should really do is see what the outcome in court is, before passing judgement.

You also have to take into consideration that half of that 51% were just afraid of being bombed to death in a terrorist attack, so they thought W was the safe route and gave him his vote.
