New JIMI HENDRIX DVD To Include Never-Before-Seen WOODSTOCK Footage - July 28, 2005
According to Gigwise.com, a new DVD of Jimi Hendrix's performance at Woodstock in 1969 is set to be released and will include never-before-seen footage.

The double DVD, entitled "Jimi Hendrix: Live At Woodstock (Deluxe Edition)", will be released on September 12. It will feature never-before-seen versions of "Foxy Lady", "Hey Joe" and "Spanish Castle Magic".

The second DVD will also include a host of extras including a documentary on Hendrix's "Road to Woodstock" and his press conference at the legendary festival.

i saw something about his legay and how his bro sold his rights to id (doh). anyway his bro (or half bro?) is a guitarist in a band, it sounded kinda hendrix inspired and his bro wasnt to bad on the geetar. he said his biggest regret was not gettin jimi to teach him to play, that he only picked guitar up after jimi passed. man how much does that suck? id be fucking kickin myself if i were him.
