THEATRES DES VAMPIRES Frontwoman Warned Against Feeding Audience Her Blood: Photo Available

Female-fronted Italian goth band THEATRES DES VAMPIRES have announced their first-ever U.K. tour in support of their new album, "Pleasure and Pain", which will be released in Europe November 28 via Code666 Records. The band were warned recently by London promoters that vocalist Scarlet would get the band banned from future shows if she continued to self-harm and cut herself onstage and feed the audience blood from her wounds! Check out a photo of Scarlet in action at this location. Support on the tour will come from Italian symphonic black metallers DRACONIAN ORDER, whose debut album, "In Absence of Light", is re-released in U.K. on Monday, September 19 via Sixsixsix Records and RSK. Hotly tipped young British black metal three-piece KORVUS open on all dates. If she cuts herself deep enough she is going to bleed to death. This strikes me as a cheap publicity stunt. I went to the band's website and they struck as one of those bands that tries so hard to be evil that they turn into a joke.

Aborym, Mortuary Drape, Necrodeath, Bulldozer, Karnak, Cadaveria, Opera IX and Death SS are italian bands and great ones. Theatres Des Vampires are good at what they do, (even if i don't like them) and they are quite famous in Europe, Gian from Cradle of Filth played on one of their albums too. So many people know fuck all about metal on bbmouth eh?

I'm listening to the mp3's from their site and they're good and original, no King Diamond here, but a bit of Cradle Of Filth blended with gothic. I'll pick their albums for sure.
