QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE Frontman Ordered To Rest

Launch Radio Networks reports: QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE frontman Josh Homme was diagnosed with exhaustion and ordered by a doctor to rest in bed, according to the band's official web site. The group was forced to cancel its Tuesday night (August 30) show in Stuggart, Germany as a result. Homme has been on tour in Europe despite recovering from a knee operation that he had a week before the tour began. The web site says he is "resting now and in stable condition."
Homme underwent surgery to repair his meniscus, a crescent-shaped disc of connective tissue located between the bones of the knees, which he tore onstage earlier this summer in Australia.
The band taped its recent show in London for a live DVD and CD that's expected to be released in November.
QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE will begin a North American tour with NINE INCH NAILS on September 16 in San Diego, California.

QUEENS of a stone age, Aerosmith, Journey (without Steve Perry) Anthrax (bring back BUSH), KISS needed to quit years ago. Ozzy needs to pass the torch to Judas Priest and move on into the void.
RHCP, Green Day and all these punk pop puke bands and emo screamo metal needs to die. Dave (WHAT DO YOU MEAN I DON'T BELIEVE IN GOD ) Mustaine needs to just shut up and play or retire but I will add that it was cool for him to take out Dream Theater and Symphony X who hardly get any exposure in any form of media. GOOD BYE PEARL JAM lol

The new Nails album sucked and the new Queens album is one of the best of the year (for a non metal album). Are cool with the different , unique sound they bring...
On surgery a week before the tour... It sometimes takes Pro atheletes months of rehab from that kinda operation before they graduate from the pool to the stationary bike.

Personally i think Josh has brought it on himself, i mean a week after surgery and he goes around performing on stage, not the wisest choice to make, understandably he didnt want to let the fans down but still, i would put my personal health before most other things in life.

Fucking Dick. I've been busting ass in warehouses for 6 years. I just got off a shift the went anywhere from 10 to 12 hours a day for almost five months in 100 plus degree temperatures. To top it off i jamm with 2 bands. Fucking exhaustion, what a cockmouth.
