GODSMACK Begin Recording New Album

GODSMACK have entered a studio to begin recording the follow-up to 2003's "Faceless" album. "The band began writing while on the road in 2004 and reconvened after the Rockin' the Corps show in California on April Fool's Day," reads a posting on the group's web site. "They chose to finish writing at home, much unlike their 2002 move to Miami, by setting up a rehearsal space in the Boston area. Days were spent at the studio and nights were spent at home, the perfect balance that most of us take for granted. Things are definitely moving forward and on schedule but they still have a long way to go. Therefore a release date has not been established, but a ballpark of early-to-mid-2006 is the target."

Bobaflex fucking sucks Rhino cock, I've seen them live and they were the most trite, untalented group I've seen in a long time. Why the hell are we talking about them though? How did that come up?
Godsmack is a great band, I think their first two albums are among my favorites. Faceless had some of their best songs ever on it, but the album as a whole wasn't nearly as good.
I am definitely looking forward to new Godsmack. Hopefully they won't let us down like Sevendust has for the past three albums.

AND THIS IS COMING FROM AN ALICE IN CHAINS DIE HARD MAN, BUT I DO HOPE THE NEW ALBUM IS MORE CREATIVE THAN THE LAST ONE. SOUNDED KIND OF REPETITIVE. THEY HAVE TALENT THOUGH AND I LIKED THE UNPLUGGED ALBUM.

Godsmack is ok, they've got some good songs and some very poor ones. Im probably among the top 10 Alice fans around the globe but at least I dont smack godsmack for having HUGE alice influences.
Ok, their bandname is stolen from AIC's song, 'faceless' is ripped from AIC's 'Facelift' ... and they called their unplugged shit 'the new Jar of Flies' . Yes, all that shit sucks since they arent even close to the level of music that alice created...
.... but listen to their music for once. It isnt as bad as you might think it is.
