OZZY Upset With TONY BLAIR's 'Iron Man' Challenge

ContactMusic.com is reporting that Ozzy Osbourne was far from impressed with British Prime Minister Tony Blair during a recent meeting — because the politician seemed more interested in picking up music tips than solving the world's problems.
Osbourne was left speechless when Blair turned to him during a high-powered Downing Street party and wanted to talk about BLACK SABBATH classic "Iron Man".
Ozzy says, "He told me he used to be in a band and I felt like saying, 'You should have stayed.'
"All this Iraq thing's going on and I was amazed that he turned round to me and said, 'I could never quite understand how to get the riff to 'Iron Man'.
"I'm going, 'Kids are dying, people are getting blown up and you're talking to me about fucking 'Iron Man'."

It was a party and he was making conversation. If you have one of your idols next to you, who by the way, is a fucked up guy who cant string a sentence together, then you are going to talk to him about something which interests you both aren't you?
Personally I think getting into a debate with Ozzy about politics and having to listen to him struggle to articulate anything would be about as fun as getting an arrow through the neck and then discovering there's a gas bill tied to it

I was probably Tony or Geezer but I digress.
The simple fact that PM Blair was trying to have a conversation with him about something other than the "war" was merely a diversion from his day to day dealings with a society that has been oppressing and repressing it's subjects for hundreds of years. Sharon seems to have forgotten that in her last tyrade nor does she realize that the "Hollywood" phony scene is based on the fact that she and many others in that scene are fake. I'm sure that between her $500K in plastic surgery was probably middle of the road compared to other attendees. Also, if your a phony lying cheat like she is, we American's see right through her and patronize her at every turn. She's just too British and conceded to see that she's being played.

And seriously, was Ozzy expecting Blair to ask him for cues on foreign policy? God forbid he try to relate to that walking vat of chemicals.

Tony Blair, however much people may not like him, is unquestionably a very inteligent man. Watch the guy in PM question time, you can't wing something like that week after week, he's in a job where if you're not cleaver you get found out.
I'm guessing that if Ozzy talked to him about war TB would floor him within a few mins. I'm not stupid, and I follow the news, but I couldn't have a real discussion with a top politician about the war because all I know is what I've read on the newspaper and found out through Michael Moore's books (which probably aren't the best source of facts!). So Ozzy wouldn't stand a chance!

Are we forgetting Ozzy sang (co-wrote it?) on a BS song called War Pigs, in the 70s? Hate to say it, but I'm w/him on this one! Talk about our guys picking up pieces of metal in Baghdad junkyards, to reinforce their cars because our American Idiot leaders sent them unprepared to a poorly planned conflict (even to this day).
