OZZY OSBOURNE To Perform With Opera Singer At ROYAL VARIETY Show?

Rachel Mainwaring of icWales is reporting that Ozzy Osbourne could be paired with clean-cut opera star Katherine Jenkins at next week's Royal Variety Performance. The 25-year-old Jenkins will perform a spectacular duet at this year's event — and the producer hinted last night that the singer will be seen as she's never been seen before. Although details remain top secret, icWales has revealed the air will definitely turn blue when Jenkins appears on stage at the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff next Monday. That's because the blonde singer will be wearing a dress made purely of electric blue lights as she performs alongside one of the world's biggest stars. Producer James Sunderland said: " Katherine is going to be teaming up with another artist to do a very spectacular performance. "I'm not telling you who she'll be working with, but it's totally the other end of the spectrum to what fans are used to. "She will be wearing a stunning dress made purely from electric blue lights and her performance will be very different for her." BLACK SABBATH's fast-living frontman Ozzy — infamous for biting the head off a bat live on stage — makes his Royal Variety Performance debut at this year's show — the first to be held in Wales in its 77-year history. Katherine, who this week became the first classical artist to achieve three consecutive No. 1 albums as she topped the charts with "Living A Dream", says she can't wait to take part. She said: "I've been watching the Royal Variety Show since I was a little girl and to find myself on this year's show is an absolute dream come true. "I've only ever seen Ozzy on 'The Osbournes' but once you get past the barrage of expletives, he always comes across as such a nice sympathetic, well... family guy and I'm really looking forward to meeting him and all the others performing on the night. "I've just got myself a puppy called Mister. He's a miniature Jack Russell. Sharon's a dog person isn't she? So maybe I could swap doggie notes with her backstage. That would be fun!"

You know why it doesn't stop ? it's because you dont stop responding. But go ahead keep posting over and over again asking when it will stop and Blabbermouth will keep posting over and over again. Anyway I think this could turn out to be pretty interesting, someone said Ozzy can't talk so how is he gonna sing but Ozzy sounds fine when he sings live. He sounded better this year at Ozzfest then he has in years.
Ok now go back to posting about how you want Ozzy and his family dead, go back to complaining asking why Blabbermouth keeps posting about The Osbournes when the answer is because you guys can't seem to get enough.

Are you high? This year Ozzfest he sound great singing? He BARELY made it through the tour! How many shows did they cancel because he couldn't sing? Four? His voice kept cracking at almost every show. Not to mention that, with the exception of this last tour, Geoff Nichols sings behind Ozzy, in case Ozzy fucks up. That's proven.
We can't get enough of Ozzy? I think EVERYONE has had enough of Ozzy, his family, and everything Ozzy related!!
Post some news that people want to read, not this shit. We bitch about because we are tired of hearing about it. Us posting on here, might let the powers that be know, we are tired of hearing every little thing "Osbourne related." You understand? People speak up, things might change. It's fairly simple. Thats bull shit about Geoff Nichols, there are always rumours about shit like that because in 1996 Ozzy had that guy sing for him for a while. It wasn't that he was even singing for Ozzy but just doing some backup stuff because Ozzy didn't wanna use a tape. Other then that Ozzy has never had anything like that. How many shows did you see with Ozzy at Ozzfest this year ? sure he had to cancle because he got sick a few times but at the begining before he was sick he sounded and performed great. This is not a tour he is doing it is a one time show, Ozzy's voice will not be strained and he will not be sick.

Like Ive said before Ozzy doesn't use the same style of singing as they do. The are better technicle songers but at the same time Celine Dion is a better technicle singer then them. Ozzy never had a better singing voice when Sabbath started then he does now, go back and listen to him on the first Sabbath album.

No dude, Geoff would double behind Ozzy. It's not bullshit. I've witnessed it first hand. Both solo, and with Sabbath.
I've seen every Ozzfest tour since it started, and I went to two shows this year. I was going to go to a third one, but couldn't afford it. The only reason I went was for Maiden anyway.
Whatever the case may be, Ozzy can't sing like he used to. Bruce's voice is stronger now, than ever. He seemed to do fine at all the shows.

No it might not change, in fact the more you speak up the more Osbourne stories will pop up. If you ignore it and dont keep responding it will go away. I even read an interview a few years ago with Bori and he admited he likes to post things that create a reaction. Thats why there used to be so many Limp Bizkit posts

Could be a European release, from 1999. On certain parts of the CD you can hear Geoff Nicholls doing backing vocals for Ozzy. The CD itself looks very professional done with clear tray, deluxe photos/small booklet. Only some misprints in the tracklist on the back."
He sang along with Ozzy, while playing keyboards. It's right there in writing.

Here is a review from someone from Ozzfest 2001. This is the 2nd to last paragraph:

"Finally, the lights went down and Ozzy began yelling "I can't fucking hear you," from offstage. Black Sabbath appeared and played pretty much the same set they've played since their 1998 reunion. Ozzy's voice cracked horribly on "Snowblind" early in the set and I could see him grimace and mouth "fuck" off-mike after missing a note. After the song he said, "I'm sorry I'm singing so badly tonight. I really wanted to give you my best." I think it's irresponsible of Sharon to book Ozzy 2 nights in a row. Her greed disgusts me more than a Reverend Dangerous routine. He still gave it a good try but kept saying how tired he was. His leapfrog jumps weren't as high as usual, although he still used the water cannon with great zeal. His voice improved later in the set, possibly because it was mixed lower so backing vocalist Geoff Nichols could carry the songs. The highlight of the set was "The Wizard" which I'd never heard live. It was magical to see Ozzy on the harmonica. Zakk Wylde and his son sat enraptured on the side of the stage watching the Sabs, reminding me that even when not at their best they are still an amazing, groundbreaking band and I'm lucky to get to see these legends at all. "
