TOMMY LEE's Record Heist

According to ContactMusic.com, MÖTLEY CRÜE drummer Tommy Lee has had the entire U.K. supply of his new album stolen from a storage warehouse in Germany.
Thousands of copies of "Tommyland: The Ride" were snatched in the heist, when thieves in a lorry claimed to be the official transit vehicle for the CDs.
The missing records are expected to be sold on the black market.
"Tommyland: The Ride" was released in North America in August to coincide with Lee's reality show, "Tommy Lee Goes to College".
Tommy's first solo album since 2002's "Never A Dull Moment", "Tommyland: The Ride" features guest appearances by NICKELBACK's Chad Kroeger, GOOD CHARLOTTE's Joel and Benji Madden, SUM 41's Deryck Whibley, BACKSTREET BOYS' Nick Carter, Dave Navarro of JANE'S ADDICTION, Andrew McMahon of SOMETHING CORPORATE and FUEL's Carl Bell.
Counting 1999's "Methods of Mayhem", "Tommyland" is Lee's third release outside of MÖTLEY CRÜE.

I bet they don't sell copy #1 to anyone who can read English well enough to tell what CD this is. Next time, steal a truck full of DVD players or something people ACTUALLY FUCKING WANT.

Soundscan reports the current sales total for Tommyland: The Ride at 23,227 units.

tommy needs to pack it in. he just plain sucks as a solo artist. he simply does not have the charisma to be a front man, his songs are boring & his singing voice... well, it's better than vince neil, but it still sucks. just do dj gigs if you can get them, cuz nobody cares anymore...
