KORN Fan Sues City Of Tacoma Over Concert Injury

MTV.com is reporting that a KORN fan is suing the city of Tacoma, Washington, because he got knocked over at a concert and was forced to leave, despite being injured. The fan claims in a suit filed in Pierce County Court last week that he was jumped on and knocked down a level in the Tacoma Dome, breaking an arm and a hip. Security offered him no help, but told him to leave or he would be arrested, he claims in the suit, which also names the venue and Pro Staff security as defendants.

He should have been arrested for seeing this crappy band, in a crappy venue! Korn and Tacoma Dome both blow...
However, we've all seen security at events go overboard....this shouldn't be all that shocking!

Korn sux, though they should have givin the dude medical attention if he needed it, especially if he injured himself more by leaving without proper medical care. if he just wants his bills paid that's fair, but that gay ass pain & suffering shit is retarded.
Also, crowd surfers suck, i'm tired of getting kicked in the head by random assholes. though they are a good source for stealing wallets and especially funny to watch when they go down head first cause i moved out of the way instead of holding them up. fuckin assholes.

I was there and almost got knocked down by the fucker too. He jumped off of the top level landing on this guy. He then pushed the barricade hitting my side and then ran off. Security ran after him and i just stood there smoking watching him lay there. He is right no one helped him for about 5 minutes. I didnt know he had broken bones or anything.

call one of those injury lawyers for something like this....Lee Steinberg i think is the one that has some pretty funny and lame commercials sometimes.....JUST CALL LEE.

but seriously, that's stupid to file a suit. venues have those 'we are not liable for injuries' shit anyways. if everyone sued for something like this or everyone who got fucked up in the pit, most venues would be close to going out of business. i doubt he'll win.
they should just bring in someone to snuff out this lawsuit like that shit on South Park....use the Chewbacca Defense and say his lawsuit makes no fucking sense or something.

Anyway, that said, I have been to a lot of concerts, including pantera and slayer, etc, and the korn show I went to was the roughest one out of them all... the entire first and second and thir row of people plowed over the security to get on the ground floor in front of the stage... Korn always brings out the crazyness.

First off, this story is about some idiot who fell out of seat probably when he was all fucked up. Instead, alot of you Nimrods take the opportunity to throw smack at a band that has sold over 25 million records. Beyond that they were born in Bakersfield but made themselves in Huntington Beach, CA and a few of the boys happen to friends/neighbors. Some of the postings regarding this story and KORN are as narrow minded as the white trash that wrote it. Stay in the 909 area code or as far inland. Cindy89...What would violence solve? Nothing on the long run, violence may solve the immediate problem but it doesn't do anything but spread pain and hatred. Which is exactly what is wrong with the world today. Violence creates an endless cycle of pointless hatred.
