SLIPKNOT, BENNINGTON, KEENAN Venture Into 'Underworld'

Launch Radio Networks reports: SLIPKNOT, TOOL singer Maynard James Keenan, LINKIN PARK frontman Chester Bennington and up-and-coming band FLYLEAF all contribute tracks to the soundtrack of "Underworld: Evolution", the sequel to the 2003 vampire action hit "Underworld". A complete track and artist listing for the disc has not been made available yet, but FLYLEAF is contributing a cover of NINE INCH NAILS' "Something I Never Had". The soundtrack arrives in stores on January 10.
"Underworld: Evolution", which reunites stars Kate Beckinsale and Scott Speedman, opens in theatres on January 20.
The soundtrack to the first "Underworld" featured songs from A PERFECT CIRCLE, TRUSTCOMPANY, FINCH, DAVID BOWIE, and members of LIMP BIZKIT, FILTER and NINE INCH NAILS.
FLYLEAF has also recorded a cover of the Christmas classic, "Do You Hear What I Hear?", according to FMQB.com. The recording can be found at all online digital music stores. FLYLEAF is currently opening for STAIND, P.O.D. and TAPROOT on the Fall Brawl tour as it supports its self-titled debut album.

(I couldn't believe that G.aweful movie "The Cave" had Nightwish's "Nemo" closing the movie)...

That NIN song's called "Something I Can Never Have"...and I'm sure that Flyleaf did their best to ruin it, Avril-Lavigne-on-steroids douchebags that they are.

I liked the First Underworld. Looking forward to the Sequel. Jope it Doesn't suck. Soundtrack looks okay. Don't know about Limp Bizkit tho....

...who thought that the first "Underworld" (and by extension, every other shitty action/horror/what-the-fuck-ever movie where they mask a thin plot with an attractive actress and special effects) sucked? Anywho, the whole soundtrack industry is a fucking scam anyway. But yeah, Kate Beckinsdale is a babe... shame she can't land a role in a good movie.

Personally I think "Underworld" is heads and shoulders above the majority of the so called "every other shitty action/horror/what-the-fuck-ever movie where they mask a thin plot with an attractive actress and special effects"... it's not a classic by any means. On the scale of 10 - I'd give it a solid 6.
But the second one looks better though, so it could be a 7/10 movie.

This loser is still around. Havent seen him on mtv of vh1 for awhile. Has Linkin Park broken up yet. I sure hope so because their trend is fucking dead. Who the fuck is Flyleaf. They cant be too good if they are opening up for Staind, P.O.D., and Taproot. 3 of the worst bands of all time.

I WAS EXPECTING A SUCKY MOVIE
and I rented it when it came out
TOTALLY LOVED IT
although don't put your expectations too high
I thought it did pretty fine for an
"EUROPEAN movie with not-so-american actors"
Not trying to sound sarcastic to Europe,
just saying from an north american point of view
that movie rocked
In my opinion
but you don't have to agree
RENT IT!!!
The sequel they better work hard cause it might end up sucking...
