'MOTÖRHEAD Day' To Take Place In Liverpool - Jan. 10, 2006

According to a posting on MOTÖRHEAD's official web site, a "MOTÖRHEAD Day" will take place on August 5 at The Cavern in Liverpool, England. Activities planned include live music, tribute bands, book signings, a photo exhibition using a big screen, a special guest with a question-and-answer session, a charity auction, official merchandise, vendors, in-concert films on big screens, plus more. A "rock disco" will close out the show between 12:00 p.m. (midnight) and 4:00 a.m. Karaoke will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. and organizers hype it as "your chance to sing on the world-famous Cavern stage." which was made famous by THE BEATLES. Only 250 tickets will be available at £10 each. More information is available at Rockoff.co.uk.
