BLACK SABBATH Guitarist Gives Master Class For GENE SIMMONS' 'Rock School'

BLACK SABBATH guitarist Tony Iommi's official web site has been updated with the following message:
"The new series of 'Rock School' presented by [KISS bassist/vocalist] Gene Simmons takes to the screens in the U.K. on Sunday 29th January, and features Tony in the second episode which goes out on 5th February at 9:00 p.m. on Channel 4. Tony took over the teacher role for an afternoon and gave the kids an in-depth masterclass in the art of the guitar where he shared some of his tricks of the trade and his rock and roll anecdotes. The programme was recorded in autumn 2005 at Kirkley High School in Lowestoft (home of THE DARKNESS) and is the second in the 'Rock School' series produced by RDF Media."

Teach them "Into the Void", teach them "Symptom of the Universe", teach the advanced ones "Anno Mundi", and if you really must, teach them "Iron Man", but for Christ's sake don't teach them "Paranoid", the most overrated song of all time.

Certainly not the best technically, but who needs those Steve Vai en Yngwie anyway, their music sucks!! Tony has a unique and awesome sound and the sickest riffs ever !! I love his old sludgy style.
KISS is a fucking poserband I hate them!!

Thanks for proving the world is full of idiots. Tony Iommi single-handedly created heavy metal - along with the other three members of Black Sabbath's original - and only important - line-up. Compared to that achievement, your opnion of his guitar playing means nothing.
