LINKIN PARK To Perform At GRAMMY AWARDS

LINKIN PARK will be teaming up with rapper Jay-Z to perform "Numb/ Encore" at Wednesday's 48th annual Grammy awards in Los Angeles, acording to MTV.com. The track is up for the Best Rap/Sung Collaboration award, contending with Ciara and Missy Elliott's "1, 2 Step", Common, Kanye West and John Legend's "They Say", DESTINY'S CHILD, T.I. and Lil Wayne's "Soldier", and Gwen Stefani and Eve's "Rich Girl".
LINKIN PARK are currently working on the follow-up to 2003's "Meteora", which has sold more than 10 million copies.

According the RIAA.org website in the US linkin Park's Meteora only sold 3 million. Their first album sold 10 million though.

Their last album is certified 4x Platinum. However world wide it is probably at 10 million copies (if they had sold that many in the AS alone they would be diamond). To bad all the sucess goes to bands like these guys. Either way I still hope they win over all the other groups in their category (who suck worse than them).

dude, who knows why they are being talked about in relevence to metal cuz they suck donkey dick. For the statistic of 10 million sold for the first linkin park album, i contributed a large amout and had them dispersed (i.e. at the bottom of the ocean, my fire, oxfam and anywhere else i could destroy them).
o yea industrial_metal_boy no need to be racist, there r sum pretty gd "niggaz" in metal bands (KSE, God Forbid, Sepultura, Twelve Tribes, Skindred [ok not really metal but kool band].
