Long-running Birmingham-based heavy metal band MARSHALL LAW, who at one time featured Lee Morris of PARADISE LOST, have announced the addition of drummer Pete Hunt to the group's ranks. "Pete hails all the way from Australia and has worked with bands such as DRAGONFORCE and GEARED 4," the group write in a press release. "He is currently hard at work learning the band's various sets and looks set to make his debut appearance with MARSHALL LAW early this summer. The band welcomes Pete and looks forward to working with him."

MARSHALL LAW recently announced plans for a summer tour ahead of their appearance at this year's Bloodstock festival. Dates confirmed so far are as follows:

Aug. 23 - The Soundhaus – Glasgow, UK

Special guests/co-headliners will be Irish metallers STEEL TORMENTOR, who are also confirmed for Bloodstock.

This year's installment of the Bloodstock Festival is set to take place September 29-30 at the Assembly Rooms in Derbyshire, England.
