QUEENSRŸCHE Frontman To Sing National Anthem At Mets/Nationals Game In New York - Mar. 26, 2006

QUEENSRŸCHE frontman Geoff Tate will sing the national anthem at the New York Mets/Washington Nationals game Shea Stadium in Flushing, New York on April 5 at 7:10 p.m. According to a posting on QUEENSRŸCHE's official web site, the anthem will be aired live during the radio broadcast and after the anthem, a mention will be made of the group's new album, "Operation: Mindcrime II".

"Operation: Mindcrime II" is scheduled for release on April 4 via Rhino. Legendary heavy metal vocalist Ronnie James Dio (BLACK SABBATH, DIO, RAINBOW) makes a guest appearance on the album as "Dr. X".

QUEENSRŸCHE will be the featured guests on the nationally syndicated radio show "Rockline" airing Wednesday, March 29. The live show begins at 8:30 p.m. PT / 11:30 p.m. ET, and fans are encouraged to call in with questions during the program at (800) 344-ROCK (7625). 	And his incencerity shows in his music over the last 10 years. People are forgetting how four years ago how he said he wasnt into QR and never really was since he wasnt a fan of metal. He said he was always into Hall and Oats and Thompson Twins. I'd like to add that I've heard MCII in its entirety and if OMC was an A+ OMCII is a C. Most bands suck now anyway and QR is one of them......

	Geoff Tate has the vocal range of a fucking god. He is amazing and its great that people recognize his talent enough for him to perform for baseball game. And maybe aftr this, Queensryche will get more fans which is what they have been needing for their entire career. Geoff Tate is by far the most talented metal singer out there in terms of ability.
