May 19 - Hamburg, GER - Grosse Freiheit
May 20 - Cologne, GER - Live Music Hall
May 21 - Tilburg, NETH - 013
May 23 - Birmingham, UK - Carling Academy
May 28 - Manchester, UK - Manchester Academy
May 29 - London, UK - Astoria
Jun. 01 - Milan, ITA - Gods of Metal Festival

More dates are expected to be added during the coming weeks.

Other acts scheduled to perform at the tenth edition of Gods Of Metal festival at Idroscalo in Milan, Italy include VENOM, DIMMU BORGIR, OPETH, TESTAMENT, NEVERMORE and SATYRICON.

DOWN will begin work on new material shortly after returning home from their European tour and are tentatively planning on entering the studio in September to begin recording their third album.

DOWN's sophomore album, "Down II", was released in March 2002 on Elektra Records. The band headlined the second stage at the 2002 Ozzfest.

Down needs to stop being a touch-and-go supergroup and needs to commit to being a full-time band. These guys are THE Southern/Sludge/Stoner metal band and can only get better. With all the demons Phil has to exorcise with this new album (Dimebag/overcoming his addiction/his surgery), I'm sure we can all expect to be floored...

That's cool. Those Europeans are lucky, but I hope Down think about us Americans, and don't delay recording the new album again.
