JUDAS PRIEST Turn Down Reality TV Gig

Starpulse.com is reporting that JUDAS PRIEST have snubbed the opportunity to appear in a reality TV show because they fear it will cast a shadow over their other achievements. The British heavy metal legends weren't willing to risk being ridiculed, despite the success of shows such as "Rock School" starring KISS bassist Gene Simmons. JUDAS PRIEST frontman Rob Halford says, "Everybody is an exhibitionist these days. I've been offered a reality show to get country singers to do a metal-country song in Tennessee. It's mad isn't it? When you're in a band like PRIEST, you have to think, 'Well hang on ... if I do this, how's it going to reflect on the other great things I've been part of?' We're very careful about that in PRIEST." He added, " 'Rock School''s great for Gene because it's got substance and depth, and leaves you feeling good at the end of it, whereas some of the shows make you want to scream and change channel."

I think it would be great, 80 year old guy's with a gay singer bring home men and KK dessing up like a women and listening to old CD's when they where good and Rob was on top not the bottom, But they have the worse managment and they turn down everything. I don't think it's true, And what chanel would have it, I mean they sell maround 150,000 copies in the states with a huge huge publicity thing behind it and they really dont draw a hell of a lot of peolpe for a reunion tour so I think it's not true, really only metal heads care about judas, It just isn't true

Judas Priest is the greatest metal band ever imho. i grew up listening to these guys & will die listening to them. my wife & I danced to Last Rose Of Summer at our wedding. Priest are the fucking greatest.
