and by the way, the reason dave cant keep a band together is that he is untrustworthy when it comes to money. untrustworthy being defined as he doesnt stick to pay scales and production credits he initially promises people. basically, hes a dick.

Coverdale still has the "pipes", and it's pretty damn good!
As for the $$$ Doug Aldrich was with Dio, but Coverdale offered him WAY more money to tour with him. Dio gave his blessing, and said "Run boy!"

Play the new Whitesnake DVD & this will shut you all up. Coverdale has had the same band for OVER three years now. except for Marco Mendoza who left for Soul Sirkus but that fell apart!!!

Whitesnake would be one of the best live bands on tour and if people were objective they would appreciate the musicianship of Tommy Aldridge,Reb Beach,Doug Aldrich,Tim Drury,Uriah Duffy and David Coverdale who is still one of the best live vocalists.
There are some who make statements like "Coverdale being untrustworthy when it comes to money"..that is total bullshit..Viv Campbell said in a recent interview he made more money in one tour with Whitesnake than 5 years with Dio...so I don't know where that comes from..also you don't get musicians like Vai if you pay peanuts..
There are also people who if a band are not thrash or look like a bunch of dregs thay are not the in thing...well that is crap..good music is good music and Saxonrulz get out of the past with the Slide It In...Restless Heart is a great album and this band is the best live band and the dvd proves it...T

two bootleg dvds of hammersmith london 1983 and super rock 1984 (japan) and lets not forget the classic live in the heart of the city album wich was recorded between 1978 and 1980. this new shit cant touch that, ill stay in the past where david was not to concerned about us radio airplay and looking pretty..............................
