THE CULT: First European Tour Dates Announced - Apr. 19, 2006

Several new THE CULT European tour dates have been leaked so far. They are as follows:

Jun. 03 - Benidorm (Alicante), SPA @ Benidorm Music Meeting
Jun. 04 - Madrid, SPA @ La Riviera
Jun. 05 - Barcelona, SPA @ Razzmatazz
Jun. 07 – Lisbon, POR @ Super Bock Super Rock
Jun. 26 - Amsterdam, NETH @ Paradiso
Jun. 27 - Tilburg, NETH @ 013

As previously reported, THE CULT have been confirmed for the KFMA-Day, set to take place April 29 at the Sports Park in Tucson, Arizona. Also scheduled to appear are AFI, THE STROKES, RISE AGAINST and ROCK KILLS KID. View a poster for the show at this location. THE CULT will also headline the 91X Fest in San Diego, California on June 10.

THE CULT's last album was 2001's "Beyond Good and Evil".

Despite the renewed THE CULT activity, vocalist Ian Astbury retains his membership in the current version of THE DOORS, known as RIDERS ON THE STORM, while guitarist Billy Duffy's other band, CIRCUS DIABLO, plans to release an album later this year.

	The Cult are one of the bands out, EVER! Such an amazing band & what talent Ian Astbury has....such an amazing voice.
