Former DLM Guitarist Sentenced For Designing And Distributing Computer Viruses

According to TrimMail.com, a science student listed as a former guitarist for Kazakhstan heavy metal band DLM has been sentenced to a two-year suspended term for designing and distributing via the Internet a number of computer viruses, including the "deadly" Chernobyl, Gazeta.ru said Tuesday. Sergey Kazachkov from Voronezh has been found guilty of setting up two web sites with more than 4,000 viruses, among them the Chernobyl program that caused damage to computer users all over the world, reports MosNews.com. Chernobyl was the first ever computer virus that could damage hardware by destroying the contents of Flash BIOS. Morever, it erases data from all the local discs. Kazachkov got a suspended sentence of two years with a year's probation period.

Some people use their talents in the worst ways possible.
Take a gorgeous lady for example. She could use her charm and her looks to be a salesperson, but she could just as well be a stripper.
A guy who is very skilled with computers could assist others in building and installing programs into their computers.
But they could just as well send viruses and shit like that.

fried the fuck out of my computer. What the hell is a suspended sentence for this shit? The guy fucks millions of people out of a lot of money, and for what? And all he gets is a fucking suspended sentence?
They should put him in a room with people like me, I'll show him a goddamned suspended sentence, when I nail his nads to a barn post and light the goddamned barn on fire.
