ALICE IN CHAINS To Headline KUFO's ROCKFEST XI - June 5, 2006
ALICE IN CHAINS have officially been announced as the headlining act for KUFO's Rockfest XI, set to take place on Saturday, July 29 at Columbia Meadows in Portland, Oregon.

AliceInChains.com will be holding a presale for this show. It will start on Tuesday, June 6 at 9:00 a.m. PDT and all tickets will be offered at a discounted presale price.

ALICE IN CHAINS recently announced several U.S. dates in August to coincide with their appearance at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in Sturgis, SD. A list of upcoming shows can be found at this location.

ALICE IN CHAINSJerry Cantrell, Sean Kinney, Mike Inez and William DuVall (who will handle lead vocals for the group) — completed a short U.S. tour in May and are currently on the road in Europe playing a series of club dates and festival appearances.

Watch out for Picklehead, he might try to fool you into making you believe he's a music elitist and a high authority on things and part of the trolls brigade--he's actually a lead troll himself. He also replies with one-dimensional comebacks like "What do you bring to this thread post?" as if anyone gave a fuck.

they didn't go on tour without new material and a bunch of celebrity singers and a fill-in doin' karaoke.

Can't wait to see who else is playing at Rockfest this year. Last year was a good lineup, so I hope they don't drop the ball this year and have all crappy bands.

Why are people saying thta this years RockFest sucks? I'm always up to listen to a new band. Never heard of Evans Blue, or Buckcherry but hey i'm always up for something new. So looking forward to Seether and Alice In Chains though. Hell yeah!
