BLACK LABEL SOCIETY: New Album Pushed Back To September

Roadrunner Records has pushed back the projected U.S. release date of the new BLACK LABEL SOCIETY album, "Shot to Hell", to September 19 from the previously announced July 3, a spokesperson for the label has confirmed to BLABBERMOUTH.NET.
"Shot to Hell" will be BLACK LABEL SOCIETY's first release for Roadrunner. The album is the follow-up to "Mafia", which debuted in March 2005 at #15 on The Billboard 200 chart and at #1 on the Top Independent Albums chart. The top rock track "In This River" from "Mafia" was recently included on the "MTV2 Headbangers Ball: The Revenge" album, also available on Roadrunner.
BLS, who have secured a second-stage headlining slot at this year's Ozzfest, will tour the world extensively in support of the new album. BLACK LABEL SOCIETY mainman Zakk Wylde is also writing and recording with OZZY OSBOURNE for his new CD, to be released sometime next year.

I heard a rumor that RR rejected the CD a while back. Its been planned to be pushed back for a couple months, but they didnt announce it

ROADRUNNER PROMISED JERRY CANTRELL A 3 RECORD DEAL AND CUT HIM LOOSE AFTER DEGRADATION TRIP WAS RELEASED IN IT'S ENTIRETY. Of course this has to do with the 357 debacle. I'm sure RoadRunner and BLS would like to get as many sales for this album in the first week and since myself a dedicated fan and many others probably won't pick up this album until we get our crap guitar or our refund there wont be any reason to put out an album. If you don't know what is going on just search for 357 on this site to see what is up.

I love BLS and I thought the album was gonna get pushed back, I hope this album is better than Mafia, I think that Sonic Brew and The Blessed Hellride are the best BLS albums.
Ohh and Elines,Jaythan,Clarixa,Bryan,Angel,Javy,Duck Roger and all else are big pieces of steaming dog shit!!!!!

HAHAHAHA, he had to walk down the hallway to tell Bori. He might have even had to ride an elevator for a floor or two, but I doubt it.
Why would you push an album back almost two months? Sounds like some marketing shenanigans to me.
To all of you who said that "Sonic Brew" and "Stronger Than Death" are the two best albums, +1 my friends. After that, he started doing a new album every single year, and it's getting very old. There's stuff to love on every BLS album, but the first two are the only ones that are SOLID from front to back.

Obviously you haven't the slightest clue as to what good metal music is. Zakk is personally responsible for keeping Ozzy's career alive and Black Label Society has put metal back on the map. Mafia rocks, along with every other BLS release. Zakk puts a lot of thought and meaning in all of his songs and Shot to Hell will be no different. Cheers to the hardest working man in metal.
