CYCLE SLUTS FROM HELL Reunite For One-Off Performance

According to Rockdetector.com, the legendary New York female biker band CYCLE SLUTS FROM HELL are reuniting for a one-off performance on June 24 at Delancey's (168 Delancey St.) in New York City. The band's lineup group for the show will be as follows: Raffaele a.k.a. Queen VixenDonna She Wolf a.k.a. Honey One PercenterVirginia Staska a.k.a. She Fire of IcePete Lisa a.k.a. Lord RoadkillFernando a.k.a. JD MaloScott Duboys (original SLUT drummer) and new addition Esko on second guitar CYCLE SLUTS FROM HELL's 1991 album for CBS Records was recorded at The Hit Factory with producer Glen Robinson, and featured OVERKILL's guitarist Bobby Gustafson and erstwhile SMASHED GLADYS bassist Fernando Rosario as session players. Their infamous "Wish You Were A Beer" video garnered heavy MTV rotation but the group folded later that same year. Venus Penis Crusher ( Betty X) forged HANZYL UND GRETYL while Honey One Percenter went on to SHE WOLVES with the infamous Gyda Gash.

i thought they only had one song. Funny yes.. enjoyable, kinda, but why didn`t they ever come out with other songs.
Actually, nevermind that.. it just all flashed back to me. They were 4 chicks singing ''i wish you were a beer'' and it was all guys playing the music in the background.

a a former new yorker i got to clear up "hidden lyrics" in this tune. i've analysed the vocals of this song with a s.s.f.d.a. and it's "i wish you were a BEAR"--WHICH WAS WAY TOO KINKY FOR AIRPLAY THEN. THESE GIRLS,PARDON ,YOUNG LADIES,SORRY A MIDDLE AGED WOMEN ARE BOUND TO CYCLE AWAY TO HEAVEN. " I WISH THEY ALL COULD BE CALIFORNIA GIRLS " there are kids waiting in line to be "rock stars" carry on.
