I see they're still doing the Puppets gimmick.

Hetfield needs someone to come in and sing everything with him - or for him...

band . Whats wrong with that, just play the good material and everyone will be happy. They should not even release new albums, just live cd's of their old material. Rolling stones of metal, i guess james is jagger, things could be worse.

better than metallica , in that they should not put out new albums , because they are always a dissapointment ( since seasons in the abyss.) Slayer should just play total albums such as they did with reign in blood. Metallica has the right idea, play the old shit. Motorhead has been putting out shit albums since 1916 (or 18) and should just play old songs as well. These are all classic rock bands and should deliver the "hits" to their fans instead of the farcical new material .

2006/07 - Years of Metallica! (and there is nothing you can do about it!)

but metallica are really pulling in some large numbers live. Still classic rock though, and will probably be a huge live draw forever. Everyone must accept that.

I think it' s simple : Cliff Burton' s role in the band was so important that when he died the whole band changed. Kill em all, Ride the lightning, Master of puppets, these are all good records. I don' t think " Justice " is so good, and black album too is more like a few good songs and the rest is just boring. And after that, well ... after that it was basically over.

You have no clue man. Lemmy and Metallica are good friends and if Lemmy heard what you guys are saying about Metallica he´ll kick your fucking ass. Frankly, all your metalheroes that you praise so much would fucking hate you if they heard all the dissing on Metallica.

Youre all fucking kids trying to be cool by dissing Metallica.

"art-poseur troll from denmark goes around saying how he's 'proud' that his old Motorhead records are gathering dust or something."

WRONG - Lars said that he still finds his old records more relavant than anything new on the market.

No one wants to hear live anyways. If they played some songs from that record, you bitch about it too. NEver satisfied, always cunty little bitches whining about this and that.

MAster of Puppets gimmick......

Gee, I guess its sooooo fucking terrible that they're doing what most fans want at all their shows. I guess they should stop that and go back the same old setlist of a few years ago.

FUCKING RETARDS.

This place is so rediculous, I mean the people here.

Nice catch dude. I thought I was the only one who saw "alice On Chains" in this posting. I've gotta say, as much as I absolutely cannot stand Metallica anymore, that is a pretty nice looking set list. Also must say that the new Metallica song is absolute crap and no, I am not a kid. The three new Slayer tracks are all waaaaaaaay better than the new Metallica song, (even Eyes of the Insane which is pretty damn boring.) finally, you've gotta love the consistency of the posters here. This page has it all: the Metallica haters, the Metallica sycophants, the obligatory comment about Lemmy being gay, and even references to Slayer who aren't even mentioned in the story. This shit is truly the most entertaining thing that I read every day. Oh, and one more thing...Did anybody else feel like strangling Lar$ every time he said the word "Naaaaaaaaaapster?"

Anywho, I think it's fuckin obvious that "Alice on Chains" is a typo. Fuckin go to there website, it's Alice in Chain.
