HYPOCRISY Preaches The Art Of War - June 27, 2006

Sweden's HYPOCRISY have commented on their upcoming "Machines at War" North American tour with FEAR FACTORY, SUFFOCATION, and DECAPITATED. The trek is set to launch in San Francisco this October 26 and run through early December.

Said HYPOCRISY singer/songwriter/guitarist/producer Peter Tägtgren: "FEAR FACTORY are close to our hearts. 'Soul of a New Machine' was the influence for me to start my other project, PAIN. What people don't realize is that the first tour HYPOCRISY ever did back in 1993 was with them and CANNIBAL CORPSE in Europe. They've really done a lot for us to make this tour possible, so yeah, we're looking forward to giving everything we've got while we're up on stage. It doesn't matter if there are 50, 200, or 500 people in the audience. We're ready to give everything every night."

HYPOCRISY toured North America earlier in the year with NILE, SOILENT GREEN, RAGING SPEEDHORN, DECAPITATED, and WITH PASSION in support of their 2005 acclaimed release, "Virus".

	Seeing Hypocrisy live is definitely an experience. If you want to hear one of the best live metal albums, check out Hypocrisy Destroys Wacken. As amazing as Peter sounds in the studio, he's even better live.

	Everyone in Hypocrisy are nice people. My band opened for them and they actually asked us how our set was after the show. Horgh!

	Missed them when they last came over to England (which I immediately bitched about for three weeks). Man, I want this tour to come to Europe. Fucking Fear Factory, Suffocation, and Hypocrisy [aint too big on Decap] in one night? Hells Yes. Hope everyone who goes has a good time. I'll be at home sulking, listening to Virus :p

	Hypocrisy kicks plenty of asshole. I saw them open for Nile. I'm not really into death metal, but Nile and Hypoocrisy are two of the best. I'd go see them whenever they come back.
