METALLICA Guitarist HAMMETT Selling California Home For $12.5 Million: Photos Available

According to SF.Curbed.com, METALLICA guitarist Kirk Hammett is selling his Pacific Heights, California house for $12.5 million. The Georgian Mansion with 9,519 square feet, nine bedrooms, seven full baths, three half baths, a library, and a "billiard/family room" includes "a deep grassy garden and detached 2-car side-by-side garage," according to a posting on Hammett's realtors' web site. "The gated motor court affords ample off-street parking.
