ALICE IN CHAINS, PAPA ROACH, AVENGED SEVENFOLD and BUCKCHERRY have been confirmed for KROQ's Inland Invasion 2006, set to take place September 23 at the Hyundai Pavillion at Glen Helen in Devore, California. The festival billing is shaping up as follows: GUNS N' ROSES

BUCKCHERRYCheck out a poster for the show at this location. Tickets go on sale this Saturday, August 19 at 10:00 a.m. at all Ticketmaster locations, including Tower Records, Ritmo Latino, Robinsons May and select Wherehouse locations. The Hyundai box office will also be selling tickets that day. No ticket limits. Seats are $75 for pit and orchestra, $55 for loge and $35 lawn.

AIC, GNR on the same bill. that is great, even if they aren't the same anymore. and to have RISE AGAINST on that's pretty sweet, good anthemic punk rock. MUSE one of the best bands I've heard in a long ass time. BUCKCHERRY was cool, but their new stuff isn't that great. 30 STM put on a cool show. PAPA ROACH have some good songs. Atreyu and Avenged I'll pass on but other than that damn I'll go.

I'll just stay at home and listen to Alice in Chains {the only listenable band on that bill} and possibly Appetite for Destruction while I smoke pot. That's way more exciting than that show will ever be.

GnR- It really does not matter who is the band as long as the vocalist (focal point) is there and the music is played well . This true of all line up changes. Should be sweet.
AIC- Very tricky. Could suck but a curiousity nonetheless.
Muse- Awesome! Better than probably alot of shit you like. Them and Buckcherry may very well steal the show.
Buckcherry- See Above
All The Rest- Not even worth mentioning.... 4 bands, $75, pretty steep in a shitty venue, but could be fun.

The Muse are very cool, I am looking foward to it.

Guns and Roses - I want to see them. Axl is just such an unpredictable douchebag.
