IRON MAIDEN: Special Collector's Issue Of Greek ROCK HARD Magazine Due This Week - Aug. 28, 2006

Rock Hard Greece magazine will publish a special IRON MAIDEN collector's issue on August 30, just in time for the release of the new MAIDEN album, "A Matter of Life and Death". The magazine will contain 60 pages full of the IRON MAIDEN history, including great pictures, brand new interviews with Bruce Dickinson, Nicko McBrain and Janick Gers, comments by various magazine editors on the new album, IRON MAIDEN trivia, Eddie paintings and various other articles about one of the greatest heavy metal bands ever.

"A Matter of Life and Death" was recorded at Sarm West Studios in London with producer Kevin Shirley, who also worked on the last two MAIDEN albums, 2000's "Brave New World" and 2003's "Dance of Death". The CD is scheduled for release in the U.S. on September 5 via Sanctuary Records.

	In the dutch aardschok magazine Bruce told that they'll do a follow up to last years early days tour in 2008. (Powerslave, up untill no prayer) For that tour, he said, they will take out the full powerslave production again!!!

Spendin a year abroad and i miss having the Aardschok around.

	KICKS ASS! i've listened to it about 7 times and it gets better each listen. Maiden is back bitches!!!! And to those who say 'this isn't as good as Seventh Son' - so fucking what!? Many bands that have been around this long recorded their best albums years ago, but that doesn't mean they aren't still putting out strong material. And I do think Matter of Life and Death IS the best Maiden album since SSoaSS.

	The more I listen to it, the more I discover great stuff. It's incredible. My favourite songs are "Brighter than a Thousand Suns", "For the Greater Good or God", "These Colours Don't Run" and "The Legacy"....for the moment! UP THE IRONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
