LAMB OF GOD, AVENGED SEVENFOLD, ALICE IN CHAINS Added To 'Guitar Hero II'

LAMB OF GOD, AVENGED SEVENFOLD, ALICE IN CHAINS and NIRVANA are among the latest artists to be confirmed for the "Guitar Hero" PlayStation 2 videogame sequel. The following songs have been confirmed so far:

I love this game. It's awesome.
As already mentioned, the songlist for this looks better than the first one. I can't wait for the 2 player co-op mode either.

Guitar Hero II has a two player mode that lets someone play the bass lines, which is likely why Primus and Rush are on the list.
My nephew has the first game, wants this one. Good song list this time.

They added A7x's "Beast And The Harlot." If it's a somewhat popular game with at least a few "heavy" tracks, that song will be there.
Really don't care about it one way or another, just sort of curious as to why they held off on announcing this song considering the buzz around those guys.
Considering the expanded playlist, this should blow the first one away completely.

That game is pretty fun! It gets really hard though, and I could see it being much harder with these songs on it... Good times though

I had only one complaint with the first game, NO NIRVANA, well now they fixed that problem although i wouldve liked a lesser known song like aneurysm better but i guess they gotta take the big hit...its pretty much perfect anyway
