PAPA ROACH To Open For GUNS N' ROSES - Sep. 27, 2006

According to the web site of the Gaylord Entertainment Center in Nashville, Tennesse, PAPA ROACH will be the opening act for GUNS N' ROSES when Axl Rose and Co. perform at the arena on October 22. It is not presently clear if PAPA ROACH will provide support at any of the other dates on GUNS N' ROSES' North American tour.

PAPA ROACH's latest CD, "The Paramour Sessions", sold nearly 37,000 copies in the United States during its first week of release — a drop from the 52,000 first-week performance of 2004's "Getting Away with Murder" — to debut at position No. 16 on The Billboard 200 chart.

	I was disappointed that Bullet for my Valentine got picked for the Maiden tour, but now I'm just happy that it's not Papa Roach. Damn, PR might be the worst band in the history of music.

	Acey joked with the crowd, stating that there were 5 guys in the current GnR tour lineup that weren't in the original band -- there were only 4 guys in TLV that weren't in GnR, so their performance is more valid!
