Shame about the rest of the lineup
Whatever happened to the days of having 2 or 3 metal bands on BDO, its becoming less and less metal and they keep getting bands that have already been on it.
I'll still be there regardless haha

Tool is a poor choice...one of my favourite bands, but they dont suit the festival circuit...wish they would play a brisbane show instead :(

The Big Day out has become a festival for poseur types and flavour of the month bands...

The amont of people that live in the shit hole called THE GOLD COAST mainly go there just to be seen (which is typical of the majority who live here)...

There are fewer and fewer REAL music fans at the BIG DAY OUT each year.

I'm surprised General Ceel hasn't stopped by to tell everyone that TooL sucks and Dream Theatre should be the headliner.

YES!!!!! Finally a good band added to the BDO circuit.

The BDO the last few years has been poor. More metal bands needed.

But I dobt I'm gonna play $100 jus to see tool. Get more metal bands on there, now your talkin

^ How bout borrowing sum bands from wacken :) ^

they are not pop rock....they are alternative rock...
i think these people only know their last album and the songs "Starlight" and "Supermassive Black Hole"...
listen to their other albuns and you will see they are a unique and amazing band...
