SMASHING PUMPKINS, SLAYER, KORN Confirmed For Germany's ROCK AM RING/ROCK IM PARK Festivals - Jan. 26, 2007
The reunited SMASHING PUMPKINS, SLAYER, KORN, STONE SOUR, EVANESCENCE and LINKIN PARK are among the confirmed bands for this year's Rock am Ring and Rock im Park festivals, set to take place June 1-3 in the German towns of Nürburgring and Nürnberg, respectively. The festival billing is now shaping up as follows (in alphabetical order):

European festivals and especially rock am ring, are all about diversity. From this line up I like Korn, Kaiser Chiefs, Slayer, Stone Sour, Artic Monkeys, Dave Mattews Band, The Hives and Smashing Pumpkins. Different bands, but all very good live performers. I hope they come to Portugal....

DMB is an excellent live act, totally agreed. Crowded Streets is one of my favorite albums.
