MÖTLEY CRÜE Frontman Working On New Reality-TV Show; Band To Hit Europe In June - Feb. 10, 2007

MÖTLEY CRÜE frontman Vince Neil is working on the pilot for a new A&E reality-TV show. According to Vince, the program will follow the singer and his family after his parents have moved in with him. Neil told Eddie Trunk of the "Friday Night Rocks" radio show on New York's Q104.3 FM last night (February 9), "My wife [Lia] hasn't talked to my mom since the wedding," which took place January 9, 2005 in Las Vegas.

In other news, Neil has confirmed rumors that MÖTLEY CRÜE will head back to Europe in June for some festival appearances, which will likely include a stop at the Download festival in England. According to Neil, the band has written more than a hundred songs for a proposed new studio album, which is expected to be released sometime in 2008.

Neil has scheduled a number of solo headlining dates in Australia and the U.S. during March/April. He will be performing the red-hot hits of MÖTLEY CRÜE (including "Kickstart My Heart", "Girls Girls Girls", "Dr. Feelgood" and "Home Sweet Home") with his all-star band featuring Dana Strum (SLAUGHTER, VINNIE VINCENT INVASION) on bass, Jeff Blando (SLAUGHTER) on guitar and Will Hunt (TOMMY LEE, DARK NEW DAY, SKRAPE) on drums.

The hard-hitting Will Hunt is no stranger to MÖTLEY CRÜE, having substituted a tendonitis-suffering Tommy Lee last year for some shows on the CRÜE's "Carnival of Sins" tour. He previously toured the world playing drums in Tommy Lee's solo band.

	Vince is pretty much the world's biggest member. I can't think of another rectal thermometer who's been in a bigger band with a more glaring lack of vocal ability, charisma, intellect and simple vocabulary- all the great stuff you need to be a frontman. All the tools on here claiming Vince is "one of the great frontmen of all time" must be joking. I can name hundreds of frontmen off the top of my head who are better, including the toothless, drunk meth-freak I saw the other weekend doing Led Zeppelin on karaoke - he puked on himself, fell into the crowd and had a seizure in a puddle of someone else's puke on the floor..... Vince couldn't do that well for himself fronting his own Motley tribute band and playing frat house in the Midwest.

	You don't need talent to be a great frontman, all you need is the right attitude. Anthony Kiedis is a great frontman but with no talent, so is Iggy Pop or James Hetfield (except rythm guitar talent)

	yeah vince neil is a fucking awesome frontman. Every frontman of a band deserves respect and Vince is still fronting motley crue even after they half bullied him into leaving. Seriously, before anyone else comments on Vince or Motley you need to go read the fucking book. No matter which member leaves, they always come fucking back to motley. No matter what happens, no matter how much they hate each other, they still pull together. god people who think Motley Crue have no talent should fuck off and leave the rest of us alone so we can appreciate the sheer genius behind Nikki's lyrics, Tommys beats, Micks solos and Vince's performance. Hell, Motley Crue forever.
