SATYRICON, 3 INCHES OF BLOOD, DAATH To Tour Together? - Feb. 27, 2007
SATYRICON, 3 INCHES OF BLOOD, DAATH and ABIGAIL WILLIAMS are scheduled to perform at the Masquerade in Atlanta, Georgia on Saturday, April 21. More dates are expected to be announced soon.

SATYRICON is confirmed for the New England Metal and Hardcore Festival, set to take place April 27-28 at the Palladium in Worcester, Massachusetts.

SATYRICON's video for the song "The Pentagram Burns" is available at this location (Quicktime required). Photos from the shoot can be seen here.

The "The Pentagram Burns" clip was filmed in August with director HÃ¥vard Arnstad in Oslo, Norway. "Visually the video is strongly linked with the look and the style from the album cover, hence we find ourselves covered with minor burns all over bodies and it feels nothing but good," the group writes on its web site.

SATYRICON's latest album, "Now, Diabolical", debuted at No. 2 on the national Norwegian chart and also charted in Sweden and Finland.

Look at the bands they're with. No way in hell will they play older stuff. The older material will frighten all the kids coming for those bands, and fans of the new crap.

I would have a lot of interest in this tour. Mostly for Daath, then Satyricon. Abigail WIlliams sounds decent too. I forget what 3 inches sounds like, but this would be a really intersting tour if it transpired.

I saw 3 inches of blood last Saturday in New Orleans. They were awesome! Great songs, and a great crowd response. They blew headliners Cradle of Filth and 69 Eyes off the stage! I would love to go see 3 inches of blood again.

The Axes of Evil!!!

That is a tour I would love to see. Satyricon puts on a great live show - I saw them last October in Oslo, and Daath are Opeth without all the weird non-death-metal stuff. I don't know anything about 3 Inches Of Blood, except that they're supposed to be good. Seems worthwhile to me.

satryicon will be okay. 3 inches of blood and daath will be enjoyable but there is no way that any of you will offer me enough in money to suffer thru abigail williams

SATYRICON would be touring with those guys...

I'd expect they'd tour with MARDUK or somethin'.

Never heard of Daath. What kind of music do they play?

The keyboard chick in Abigail Williams is the HIGHLIGHT of that band.

on B.Bmouth they stated that 2007 was going to be a year for writing and only a few select shows ? I hope this posting is the correct one. Daath is good, check em out on RR site. Just saw Three inches of blood....awesome, Don't know anything about Abigail Williams they get mixed reviews. Judge for yourself. Satyricon just flat out rules. Loved them from day one. I Love "Now Diabolical" It blows away almost anything that has come out in the United States this past year. I like the new Black rock n Roll that is coming out inEurope like "I" Chrome Division and Carpathian Forest. It's a good sound !

Between their last album and this lineup, I think Satyricon is trying to make sure that I don't want to go checkout Frost tearing up the drums.
