Report: SCOTT WEILAND's Wife Arrested for Torching Wardrobe

TMZ.com reports that the wife of VELVET REVOLVER frontman Scott Weiland was arrested this weekend after cops say she torched the rocker's $10,000 wardrobe in front of the couple's home in Toluca Lake, Ca. According to police, 31-year-old Mary Weiland was booked for investigation of felony arson vandalism after cops responded to a "female burning clothes" call late Saturday evening. The couple's two kids, who were home during the incident, were placed in the custody of family friends. Weiland was booked at a Burbank police station just after midnight Sunday morning and was released after posting $50,000 bail three hours later. The arrest came only hours after the couple was kicked out of the Graciela Hotel in Burbank following a ferocious argument that left Weiland's room in shambles and blood on the linens, as TMZ.com exclusively reported. The hotel is pressing charges against the Weilands for the damage they caused.

I feel really sorry for those kids. Weilands have no right to be considered parents. How juvenile does a 30 year old have to be to purposely trash a hotel room then set fire to your lawn in front of your kids?! I hope there is a responsible family member that can care for the kids. They don't need to grow up in that kind of enviornment.

Fuck these people.
If Scott and Mary Weiland were just regualr people. Their kids would be taken away by Family services and they would have to go through all kids of legal bullshit to keep custody of them.
But, Since Scott Weiland is a rich "Rock Star" he can get arrested numerous times for drugs and probabtion violations and still not spend a day in jail and he can brawl with his wife in front of his kids and nothing happens. I guss the laws don't pertain to rich celebs, Only us poor working people.
Those kids should get taken away since Scott is a junkie and his wife is obviously a lunatic.
Yeah!! That's a real good environment for little kids to live in.

Hopefully, Scott gets into a legal mess over this and can't participate in Velvet Revolver activity. It would be perfect because they had to delay their tour and the release of their last CD because of Scott's problems. If they have to delay the album release and the tour due to Scott's problems again. That might just be the final straw for this guy. I could totally see the label just putting the CD out and not even push it, While they push the band to find a more reliable frontman.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed. After watching that performance at the Rock and Hall of Fame induction ceremony. I don't want to see Scott Weiland on a stage with a mic in his hand ever again. He's a disgrace as a frontman!!
Scott Weiland doesn't even pretend to care, He's just there collecting a pay check. So, He could buy expensive clothes for his wife to torch on the front lawn.
