ROCKLAHOMA Lineup Announced: POISON, RATT, VINCE NEIL, WARRANT Confirmed

POISON, RATT (featuring original lead singer Stephen Pearcy), VINCE NEIL, WARRANT, SLAUGHTER and QUIET RIOT are among the confirmed acts for Rocklahoma, a three-day outdoor '80s hard rock festival, set to take place July 13-15, in Pryor, OK at the Pryor Festival Grounds. Pretty sure this is legit. It's the same producer who brings a festival called Country Fever to Pryor every year and it all goes off without a hitch....except for when tornados came thru last year. This is suppose to be the "first anual" Rocklahoma with hopefully many more to come. It's going to be a blast.

So these guys get their original singer back (which they seemed to think the whole world was clamoring for) and they start scoring gigs that are no bigger or better than what they were playing a year ago. I hope that everytime Pearcy incoherently screeches Blotzer looks at him and thinks about all the money they wasted on lawsuits against each other and the fact that for once in his life he had a fanfuckingtastic singer and couldn't hold on to him. Too bad, Warren kicks ass.

I called them today, it's about 40 minutes north of Tulsa close to Grand Lake and the MO border. 3 day festival and the daily tickets are $38, special reserved areas areas are going for $225 but why go to a three day festival to sit up front with all the titties and beer in the back?!

not sure i agree with hurricane hugo, i still think a show on the san andreas fault during a period of intense seismic activity would be preferrable.
