AEROSMITH To Reunite With RUN DMC At London Gig?
- June 21, 2007
World Entertainment News Network reports that the surviving members of hip-hop legends RUN DMC are flying to London this weekend (June 23-24) to join their old duet pals AEROSMITH on stage.
The original trio — which included late DJ Jam Master Jay — teamed up with the rock group for their 1986 mega-hit "Walk This Way" — an original AEROSMITH song.
British newspaper Daily Star reports rappers Joseph "Rev Run" Simmons and Darryl "D.M.C." McDaniels will join AEROSMITH for a performance of the track at the Hyde Park Calling festival Sunday evening (June 24).

I think Aerosmith music was grittier BEFORE the Run DMC revised their career. Done with mirrors did not suck contrary to public opinion.

It's been so long since Jam Master Jay got killed.
But, yes, with no JMJ there is no RUN DMC, and I hope Aerosmith are FOREVER gratefull to RUN DMC for getting thier career back.
