HELLYEAH: New Time Announced For San Antonio In-Store Appearance - Oct. 23, 2007
Due to scheduling changes, the HELLYEAH in-store appearance on Friday, October 26 at the Rockbox in San Antonio, Texas has been moved up to 3:00 p.m.

Get a wristband to guarantee your place in line when you either purchase the band's debut self-titled CD, or pre-order the upcoming new DVD in which you will receive a very cool limited-edition litho poster for the band to sign. You can also pick up your concert tickets for the show later that evening at Sunken Gardens.

The Rockbox is located at 4307 Thousand Oaks, off Perrin Beitel (in the Gold's Gym shopping center) across from Brunswick Bowling Alley.

For more details, go to theedgemagazine.com or call 210-650-9095.

HELLYEAH will release a live DVD on November 13 titled "Below the Belt". The disc will contain footage going back to the formation of the band, including the group's first recording session, the making of its self-titled debut album and various stops on the group's ongoing world tour, as well as personal interviews and other features. The two-hour DVD will also include videos, backstage clips, footage from the band's April record release party and a look inside Chasin' Jason, the studio once owned by late PANTERA guitarist "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott where HELLYEAH recorded.

Singer Chad Gray, who also fronts MUDVAYNE, told The Pulse of Radio that HELLYEAH likes to bring a light-hearted attitude to playing in a band. "Being on the road and touring and playing shows is, like, fun," he said. "You know, to get all in your, you know, leather and your spikes and get up and be all serious and mean and whatever, it's like, that's just not the vibe of our band. We just have a good time with it and people seem to respond to that kind of HELLYEAH vibe, you know, just like, let's have a good time, you know."

HELLYEAH is currently on the road supporting KORN and will begin its own headlining trek on October 24 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

In addition to Gray, HELLYEAH includes MUDVAYNE guitarist Greg Tribbett, along with members of PANTERA, DAMAGEPLAN and NOTHINGFACE.

The latest single from HELLYEAH's record is "Alcohaulin' Ass".

All these people that say you know sound like a broken record. The vibe is cool for Hellyeah I admit but there was a bit a Mudvayne vibe that kicked in also at one of the shows. It's an intersting album that Hellyeah put out and it's nice to know that a dvd is coming out.
