CAVALERA CONSPIRACY: New Video Interview With MAX And IGOR Available - Mar. 3, 2008
Germany's Rockster.tv recently conducted an interview with SEPULTURA founding members Max and Igor Cavalera about the new collaborative project CAVALERA CONSPIRACY. The reunited brothers talk about their influences on the upcoming "Inflikted" record, about playing together again, their respective families, what to expect from their live shows, artistic freedom and much more.

To watch the 14-minute interview, go to Rockster.tv.

CAVALERA CONSPIRACY is the new project featuring Max and Igor alongside vocalist Joe Duplantier (bass) of the French progressive death metallers GOJIRA and SOULFLY guitarist Marc Rizzo.

Headbanger's Blog is hosting the video for CAVALERA CONSPIRACY's song "Sanctuary", taken from the group's forthcoming debut album, "Inflikted". The clip, which was shot in January with France's Surface to Air, can be viewed below. (Note: Video stream may not be available to some non-U.S. residents.)

Max and Igor Cavalera of CAVALERA CONSPIRACY will be IRON MAIDEN frontman Bruce Dickinson's guests on Friday, March 14 during Bruce's weekly BBC 6 Music radio show, aptly named "The Bruce Dickinson Friday Rock Show". Listen to the program live via the Internet between 10:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. U.K. time at BBC.co.uk.

The cover artwork of "Inflikted" has been posted online at this location. (Note: The previously circulated "artwork" for this album was used on the promotional CD only and was never intended for the finished product.)

Two songs from "Inflikted" are currently available for free download:

"Sanctuary": MP3
"Inflikted": MP3

"Inflikted" will be released in North America on March 25, 2008 via Roadrunner Records (one day earlier internationally). Rex Brown (PANTERA, DOWN) makes a cameo bass appearance on one track. Another song is a collaboration between Max, Joe and Richie Cavalera (INCITE) on vocals.
