NIKKI SIXX On KAT VON D: 'Love Is In The Air'

MÖTLEY CRÜE bassist Nikki Sixx and American tattoo artist and television personality Kat Von D (born Katherine Von Drachenberg) have gone public with their relationship via MySpace. On his profile, Nikki, 49, captioned this pic "MY OTHER HALF, I LOVE THIS WOMAN....," and on her profile Kat, 26, captioned a different pic with "Never thought I'd fall in love like THIS. He OWNS my heart." Sixx also wrote below the same photograph of the couple, "NEVER SAW IT COMING, BUT IT MOWED US DOWN LIKE A FREIGHT TRAIN... HELL YEAHHHH, LOVE IS IN THE AIR..." Sixx and his former Playboy Playmate wife Donna D'Errico separated in April 2006 and formally divorced in June 2007. They reached a settlement in November on the division of assets in their divorce, bringing an end to a bitter trial. In a September 2007 interview with Steppin' Out magazine, Sixx stated about his divorce from D'Errico, "The bottom line is that it didn't work out for whatever reasons. Her fault, my fault, it doesn't really matter. One thing I will tell you is that I'm 48 years old. I don't plan on meeting someone and not having it work out again. This time around I'll take the bimbo list and burn it. Let's take the strippers and get rid of that list too. I'll never make those mistakes again." So where to does that fall into the scheme of things? Another spawn for Nikki? And it will probably come out with tats to boot.
But this won't last and everyone knows it. Give 2-3 years max. They are both train wrecks. They'll split the money they get from the next reality show. Nikki Loves Kat. It will premiere in September and then their relationship will cascade into the usual crap.

Never really seen the show but I have read quite a few interviews with her and she has a great vibe about her. Plus she is beautiful. Congrats Nikki! At least he didn't have to go through a few cockeyed Gina Davis' that we know of to get to Kat von D!

Kat Von D is seriously hot! And the tattoos are part of what makes her so damn sexy. To the person who said she should lose 25 pounds....you must be blind! They look like twins reinarnated.
I just had an amazing affair with a 24 year old guy who worshipped me and I'm about Sixx's age. Fantastic! He looks about 30 though, a big beautiful strapping Hungarian! We had a great time. But the age difference in life experience got in the way. I had to let him go. But I don't think Nikki or Kat will have the brains to see the difference.
Love comes in many shapes, ages and sizes. NEVER turn down love is what I say! Thank God for LOVE, baby.

Kat happens to LOVE Motley Crue. The stars on her face are from her favorite song "Starry Eyes" as made famous by The Crue on thier first LP "Too Fast For Love" This romance is prolly a fantasy come true for her and perhaps Nik feels safe and secure with all the adoration he finds behind her eyes. Wow,some of these comments AMAZE me.
For one,Nikki Sixx? Brilliant musician. Yeah,he had problems. Big deal?! ALOT of people do. But he did something most can't,he got over the addictions. If it wasn't for Nikki,Motley Crue wouldn't exist.So,please,stop bashing him as he's more than all the rude people put together. He's an older man and looks amazing. He writes beautiful lyrics. He's an inspiration to alot of people. Those people who write those rude comments are jealous. Be honest people. He's got more talent in his pinky than you sad kids who live in your parents basement.

I mean, anyone who's on here, trashing Kat or Nikki, your obviouslly too big of an ass to get out in the real world and actually meet them, so you can see who they really are.
