AMORPHIS, LEAVES' EYES, SAMAEL and VIRGIN BLACK will team up for a North American tour this fall.

Tickets will go on sale today exclusively through EnterTheVault.com until April 23, at which point they will be made available through all normal ticketing systems.

AMORPHIS' latest album, "Silent Waters", entered the German Media Control chart at position No. 44. Released in North America on September 18, 2007, the CD is the second AMORPHIS album to feature singer Tomi Joutsen (SINISTHRA). It was recorded at Sonic Pump studios in Helsinki, Finland. Mixing duties were handled by Mikko Karmila (NIGHTWISH, STRATOVARIUS) at Finnvox studios.

	Anyone have any idea what an Amorphis set list looks like? I like a lot of the material from the Thousand Lakes album, do they tend to play that? Would be nice if they played a good mix of new and old. Some of their acoustic stuff is really good as well.

	I'm only going to guess, but from my experience, bands have a tendency not to play a lot of their older stuff, particularly those bands that have undergone big transformations musically like Amorphis has. That's just my guess. I'm sure someone may be able to refute that. I saw Samael headline years ago (with a little opening band called Dimmu Borgir), and they put on a bad ass show. They had fire dancers, and a great light show, but they were headlining. I'm sure they won't be able to put on the same kind of show as an opening act.
