JUDAS PRIEST, HEAVEN AND HELL, MOTÖRHEAD, TESTAMENT: More Unconfirmed Tour Dates Revealed - Apr. 7, 2008
According to TicketsNow, the upcoming JUDAS PRIEST, HEAVEN AND HELL, MOTÖRHEAD and TESTAMENT tour will hit Camden, New Jersey on August 6 and Dallas, Texas on August 22.

So far the following ***unconfirmed*** dates for the tour have been revealed:

Aug. 06 - Camden, NJ @ Susquehanna Bank Center
Aug. 07 - Bristow, VA @ Nissan Pavilion At Stone Ridge
Aug. 09 - Holmdel, NJ @ PNC Bank Arts Center
Aug. 10 - Wantagh, NY @ Nikon At Jones Beach Theater
Aug. 13 - Toronto, ON @ The Molson Amphitheatre
Aug. 15 - Uncasville, CT @ Mohegan Sun
Aug. 16 - Burgettstown, PA @ Post-Gazette Pavilion
Aug. 18 - Clarkston, MI @ DTE Energy Music Theatre
Aug. 19 - Tinley Park, IL @ First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre
Aug. 22 - Dallas, TX @ Superpages.com Center

**IMPORTANT**: The above-listed dates should be treated as a *rumor only* until officially confirmed by the bands involved with the tour or the tour's organizers, Live Nation.

TESTAMENT frontman Chuck Billy announced onstage last night (Sunday, April 6) at B.B. King Blues Club & Grill in New York City that his band has been confirmed as the opening act on the JUDAS PRIEST, HEAVEN AND HELL and MOTÖRHEAD tour.

"We'll be on first, and we're only gonna have 30 minutes, so we won't be doing any talking," Billy said. "We're just gonna hit you hard — bam, bam, bam, bam — with everything we've got."

In an interview with "The Classic Metal Show" which aired on March 29, JUDAS PRIEST singer Rob Halford stated about the trek, "Live Nation are promoting the tour, and I guess the professional way of dealing with this is to say that Live Nation will be making an official announcement probably a few days from now. But it's difficult to keep that kind of thing quiet 'cause… If it does happen, and it's looking very real, it's gonna be one of the biggest metal shows in the States this year. . . You have to wait for the official announcement because it has to be sanctioned by management and the lawyers in the suits and that other rubbish. But if we get what we are hoping to get, I think it's gonna be an absolutely sensational, killer American tour — 'cause it won't happen anywhere else in the world, this lineup. It'll just be for the States."

I get so aggravated when I see a great band like Testament stuck on a bill that just won't do them justice. They are playin some Power fest in Chicago. TESTAMENT is not power metal. They are thrash. Does anyone remember the last time Testament opened for Judas Priest, they were booed off the stage. Chuck Billy said, "You guys wouldn't know good music if it bit you on your ass!" Please just play out as the headliners you guys are.

THIS YEAR?????? This is gonna be the biggest metal show in the States in forever. This is even bigger than Clash of the Titans '91.

I will be there, buy t-shirts of all 4 bands, and throwing the horns 'til my fingers break.

I'm surprised there have been no comments regarding Rob Halford's saying the tour..."won't happen anywhere else in the world, this lineup. It'll just be for the States."

As much as I like Testament, I hope the tour hits Canada without them, thus allowing for longer sets by Heaven&Hell and Motorhead. Judas Priest will most likely be the headliner.

Testament should come to Canada as a headliner!
