BRET MICHAELS Sued For Trashing 'Rock of Love' Mansion

E! Online reports that POISON frontman Bret Michaels has been added to a breach-of-contract lawsuit filed Friday against the producers of "Rock of Love" by the owner of the $9 million home where they filmed the VH1 series' second season last winter. Ray Sahranavard claims at least $380,000 worth of damage was done to his Encino, California mansion after Mindless Entertainment Inc. promised to take care of the residence and provide an additional $3 million of liability insurance for him — just in case. According to his complaint, upon returning to his home after two months of filming, Sahranavard found holes in the walls and ceilings, the doors had been removed, most of his grass and outdoor plants had died, and the interior of the home had been almost entirely repainted. They had 3 million in insurance and the guy is suing over $380,000? Why not use the insurance? Seems odd and kind of stupid to me.

The insurance covers liability, not property damage....
As for the amount, I wouldn't sue Bret, so VH-1 for creating this joke of a show! PLus I'm sure VH-1 has more money than Bret does...though he ain't hurting for cash!
Myabe he could sell some bandanas to help pay the cost - oh wait, then his receding hairline would show! Opps! haha

trashing Brett Michaels? He gets to live in a house with 20 hot girls, hook up with as many as he can, grab the phone numbers of all of them and then dial them up when he comes through town.
Not only that, but the show is a positive for rock/metal in general - Just having him on there gives credibility to everyone that has long hair, rocks out, wears rocker clothing, etc.
Wishing death on Brett reminds me of all those assholes when I was in high school in the late 80's who made fun of heavy metal by singing "kill your mother kill your father".

Don't know if anyone else had the strength to watch the video, but they show the girl puking and the next scene, Bret is performing adental exam on her with his tongue. i know the two incidents are hours, possible days apart, but it was still a little gross

Where else can you see 20 strippers degrade themselves in the quest for the affections of a washed up rock star who is simultaneously allowing himself to be used as a career stepping stone by the aforementioned floozies who don't care about him anyway as he plots to eliminate all of them so that the show can run another season and further resuscitate his own career? Great stuff.

Hmmm

i have talked to many artists in the metal/rock scene and all are happy on how this scripted show{by the way i have picked all eliminations correctly,just follow the storyline} has helped the ailing rock industry,
