Spend An Evening With PAUL STANLEY

The Wentworth Gallery at Tysons Galleria in McLean, Virginia will reportedly host a special "An Evening With…" event with KISS guitarist/vocalist Paul Stanley on October 11, 2008. This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity will include cocktails and dinner with Paul Stanley and deluxe accommodations at the Ritz Carlton in McLean. Spaces are limited to only 20 couples or 40 people. A $5,000.00 non-refundable deposit towards the minimum new purchase of $25,000.00 in artwork will reserve your place for the evening.
Stanley will exhibit his artwork at the McLean Wentworth Gallery from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST on October 11, 2008.
Paul is currently working on new pieces to add to his exhibit as well as for future purchases. He will even be painting on guitars to describe the emotions that his songs evoke.
Interested parties will have until October 10, 2008 to make their decision on the specific artwork they wish to acquire. Upon arrival, guests will receive a very special welcome gift. There will be a photographer there to capture all the special moments of the evening and there will be a few surprises as well. Six (6) RSVPs have already been made.

What a fabulous command of the English language you have.
Paul is entitled to do whatever he wants-and the above poster is only frustrated because he/she cant afford the more than reasonableprice of the ticket to such an event. If you don't like it, don't go. Simple.

What the hell is this Paul...... This is flatout embarrassing, but mostly pathetic.....................Time to hang up the shiny guitar, the hi heels, the brushes and the thongs.....Time to go home and spend some time with your wife (???). Leave the circus to Gene-and go take off the makeup and have a really good think about who you are and what you should do with the last 20+ good yrs you have left...And please no paintings nor music or new surgery.....

Ohhhhhh I thought it was soo freaking funny and above all true.....Don't give us that "if you can afford it its up to you and if you cant that possibly makes you angry/bitter BULLSHIT"! Paul sucks-period. Btw I just love when people ( mostly from that GREAT country UK) slams other ppls english skills....If being born in england is all they can hang their little hats on-More power to em...But please we are not in 1st grade no more.....biatchezzzzz

You should talk.
Here's an individual who wanted to make a difference and a vision a reality. Look how it paid off in the last 35 years. Sure, it is time to hang it up musically but if there is inspiration in other personal interests, why not take that risk?
I know for a fact that I can't afford this event, but I am not complaining. I would rather visit an event of Paul's work than Gene's lectures on business (though he does make good points without the sugar-coating).

I'd much rather hang with Ace at an AA meeting. Who knows what Paul is spiking those drinks with. Some lucky single guys who actually thought Pauls last solo album was amazing will no doubt be pulling the trigger of Pauls love gun by the end of the night.

Paul Stanley, one of the greatest frontmen in rock, is a "loser" and all of the other derrogoratory crap you freaks (who still live in the basement of your mom and step-dad's house) call him but wouldn't have the balls to say to his face? He's the real deal and a good person who gives to charities and has written some of the greatest rock anthems ever. just because he's not in some death metal band called bloody fetus and isn't "hardcore" like you too cool for school wannabe dousche bags doesn't make him any less of a man. Take showers you dirt bags.
